One Mile Long Mountain Bike Wheelie - Off Road

As a challenge, I told everyone that if this channel reaches 5,000 subscribers, then I would do a mile long wheelie. Thanks to all of your support, we reached that goal- yeehaw! Now, time to deliver on this wheelie... Turns out that a mile is a really long ways to wheelie! I also wanted to be sure to do this off road, so I went for it on Galbraith Mountain here in Bellingham, WA. Weather be damned.

For the final test, it’s Luke against 27.5 miles and 8000 feet of descending on the iconic Whole Enchilada. A battle of attrition for both bike and body, from the peaks of the mighty La Sal Mountains, through four ecologically diverse climates, finishing at the Colorado River.
