Mick grew up in Australia surrounded by a family that taught him the love of racing. He has been on the MTB world cup circuit for 15 years! After all those years Mick is still excited for each season to start and to hit the World Cup circuit. He will even tell you that he is now more excited than ever to go racing!

We followed Mick not only at the races but also at home, in the USA, to found out the balance it takes to train to be the fastest but also to just live life as it is and enjoy the simple moments of being home, spending time with his kids and his friends.

Dispelling the Myth

Societal attitudes toward this subject vary greatly in different cultures and different historical periods, as do attitudes toward riding desire, activity and relationships with your cycling in general. All cultures have their own values regarding appropriate and inappropriate wheel sizes; some sanction 29", while others may disapprove of such activities in part. The Stitch Up Roadtrip - Portland to Santa Cruz

Starting in Portland, we drove from the single speed worlds to santa cruz. stopping at a few spots along the way. So much fun was had, many different riders all having fun on bikes. the best. thanks to Allan Cooke for the organisation and hype.

Very sadly on this episode I went solo. Although I had a TON of fun filming and editing this it was EXTREMELY difficult. How you may ask? I would rather keep a secret. Long story short being able to have 2 people working on one video is very clutch and Dane this year was not able to participate in this.
