North Carolina's Single Track Kingdom! Chasing Trail Ep. 2 - Neko Mulally
A few years back Neko Mulally decided to make the move to Brevard, North Carolina. One look at this edit will make the decisions behind that move pretty clear.
Flashes of the Altai
Three childhood friends set out for the far western corner of Mongolia to combine
mountain biking and packrafting in a self-supported adventure into the unknown. Never
having attempted a mountain bike to packraft link-up, they decided it was a great idea to
travel to one of the most remote and sparsely populated places in the world to try it out.
The goal was to traverse the Mongolian Altai, a remote range of high glaciated peaks
with silt-laden rivers draining from their heights. The only inhabitants of the region are
Kazakh nomads, the last people on earth who continue the tradition of hunting with
golden eagles. Ancient standing stones carved over the millennia stand guard over the
landscape.
Twelve days in the wilderness, riding over high passes loaded with gear, surviving
raging whitewater, drinking fermented mare’s milk, and battling the elements, this was
not an adventure these young lads would soon forget.

CLEARCUT
Gothenburg is surrounded by nature reserves. Lush forests, lakes, and endless trails. Amidst all the pine, spruce, and birch, the clearcut trail appears as a rare piece of open landscape. Escape the thicket, flow the ridge, and back into the dense. Mountain biking at its best.

EWS 3: Three’s a Crowd, Wicklow Highlights
After last year’s amazing event, everyone was looking forward to returning and it didn’t disappoint. The crowds were even bigger and miraculously the sun was also out once again.
Last year we saw local hero Greg Callaghan take the win, the swarming excitable crowds all clearly wanted a repeat. With Tracy Moseley also back for a recess from her retirement, it was always going to be an exciting race to see if these two riders, the crowd and the venue could repeat last years magic. We certainly weren’t disappointed. It was drama at every turn.
