2012 Halo British Downhill Series Round 4 - Onboard Video with Ride.io

Caersws is a short track but has been a cornerstone of British downhill for many years. The tree-less setting of the past 3 years has transformed this track into a flat out fast and loose affair compared with its previous tighter wooded characteristics.
Take a trip onboard with the Ride.io team down this Welsh hillside.

2012 Halo BDS Round 4 Caersws With SPS

The Steve Peat Syndicate competes at the 4th round of the Halo British Downhill series at Caersws, Wales.

With riders returning from injury the team is nearly competing in full force with only the weather to upset proceedings.

The riders experienced a mix bag of results with the Junior category being heavily upset by the rain, riders were finding themselves on dry tyres in heavy rain and as more and more seeded riders came down the hill the track became slicker and slicker!

Coming down before the rain Glen Peppett remained super consistent and finish in 5th place.

Its three weeks until Bringewood where the popular Pearce series venue will hold a BDS round for the first time.
